With an unparalleled wealth of experience gained from over 40 years in Civil engineering in Ireland and overseas, Tony has partnered with PMIS’s Raymond Poole for over twenty years in the Project Management, Training and Consulting sphere. Tony has successfully worked on contracts, methods of measurement and specifications for numerous projects and has vast experience in troubleshooting and problem solving, working with clients to guide, mentor and advise to guarantee success. He has been involved in construction disputes ranging in value from less than €1million to some in excess of €600million.
With over 28 years experience in the programme/project management environment Raymond is a highly qualified expert Trainer, having trained and run standard and bespoke Project Management and related Software classes for over 13years. He has formal training in Primavera Project Management Software and is a Certified Authorised Trainer and Implementation Consultant for their products. In addition Raymond has experience at implementing Project Management techniques/methodologies in a variety of industries and across different departments. Raymond regularly presents to a varied audience of management and staff of all levels and is a guest lecturer for Trinity College's post-graduate diploma course in Project Management. In addition he has been involved in the preparation and forensic delay analysis of programmes on construction project for over 20 years.
Since joining in 2007, Ray has proven himself to be an invaluable member of the PMIS Consulting team and as a result was promoted to the position of Professional Services Manager. Highly educated and versed in the entire Primavera suite, Ray has a track record of client satisfaction. He is adept at remotely or on-site, taking existing programmes and analysis using Primavera's P6 and P3 tools, Ray is also comfortable using Microsoft Project and Asta Powerproject. Ray acts as the "locum" Scheduler for PMIS's clients, creating and implementing Baseline schedules, as well as consulting on middleware integration solutions to export and import various existing schedules into or out of Primavera's project management tools.
Since joining PMIS in August of 2004, Jennifer has handled marketing, training, seminars and events with her focus on being a professional and friendly first point of contact for our clients. Jennifer coordinates the day to day running of the PMIS office and Social Media Profile. Alongside our team of experienced Consultants and Trainers, Jennifer’s skills complement our service offering by providing the infrastructure that our clients and our Senior Management can rely upon.
