We provide hands-on training for Microsoft Project. Participants will gain understanding of the key concepts in Project Management. The course demonstrates how to create a fully logic linked CPM Baseline Schedule and leads students through tracking an entire project from inception through two progress updates. The course content and workshops use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.

Course MSP-002: Advanced Features in Microsoft Project
This 1-day course provides the student with additional knowledge for Microsoft Project. Building off skills learned in the basic course MSP-001, the MSP-002 course covers advanced subjects such as Creating Reports and Customising Views; Filters and Groups; Custom Fields; Project Templates; Export Data to other Applications. Hands-on workshops enable students to apply skills learned throughout the course.
