Since 2002, PMIS has partnered with Primavera. Global clients have selected PMIS to project manage their implementation of the Oracle Primavera Red Stack suite of products.
PMIS develops in-house training tailored to each client’s requirements. This includes functional training for planning and scheduling, and schedule forensic delay analysis, among other specialist areas.

Meet the Team
Raymond Poole
M.I.E.I. Dip Eng. Dip A.D.R. MSc PPM
Raymond has over 40 years of experience in project, programme and portfolio management.Since 1996, he’s helped companies adopt a project management approach through the implementation of Oracle Primavera EPPM solutions. Companies in engineering, hi-tech, transport, oil and gas and utilities, in Ireland and internationally, have contracted him.Raymond has also worked on construction claims as a subject matter expert in schedule forensic delay analysis.
Luke Devenish
Luke is the Business Development Manager at PMIS, where he focuses on driving growth across the business, from training and licence reselling to services and product solutions. Luke’s role is all about connecting the dots by understanding what clients really need and helping them find the right solutions to get there, and building genuine, long-term relationships while working closely with people to create opportunities that deliver real value. Being part of a growing business he is passionate about contributing to our continued success while helping our clients succeed alongside us.
Jennifer Devenish
Jennifer is the Training Coordinator at PMIS, having joined the team in September 2025. She supports the planning, organisation, and delivery of training programmes, ensuring clients receive high-quality learning experiences. Jennifer enjoys working with people, building strong relationships, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the company.
Victoria Poole
Vicky has been a key member of the PMIS team since 2007. She is in charge of day-to-day operations.
Vicky manages the internal logistics of the organisation and is the main point of contact for most clients, ensuring the team delivers the high-quality service PMIS is known for.
