There is a worldwide shortage of highly skilled project controls professionals. When even European nations struggle to fill these roles, South Africa’s ability to build this expertise internally is a strategic advantage.

With reports of significant new investment into technology and industrial development, South Africa is uniquely positioned to become a hub of project controls excellence. Modern remote working and a 1–2 hour time difference with Ireland and much of Europe create a unique opportunity for South Africa to become the outsourced centre of planning, scheduling and project controls services for international partners.
