Program Structure
The Apprenticeship Program spans 24 months and combines professional training, mentoring, and real-world application. Apprentices progress through a carefully structured learning pathway designed to build strong foundations before advancing to expert-level Primavera skills.
Cohort Model
Each cohort consists of 8 apprentices.
A new cohort begins every 12 months, ensuring that two cohorts run in parallel.
Apprentices in their second year serve as mentors to the incoming group, building leadership skills and fostering a culture of peer support.
