As Managing Director of ET Ireland (1996–2002), he delivered transformative Primavera solutions across multiple industries — Engineering, Hi-Tech, Transport, Oil & Gas, Defence, and Utilities. In 2002, he founded PMIS Ltd., building it into a respected international consultancy known for excellence in Project Controls, Primavera implementation, and workforce capability development.
