Why We Are Uniquely Suited to Mentor
Mentorship has been a natural part of our careers. Over the decades, we have supported colleagues as they entered and advanced through the profession — guiding, advising, and sharing knowledge along the way.
Everyone involved in this apprenticeship program brings decades of real-world experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls. This wealth of knowledge ensures apprentices are not only taught the technical skills but also receive the kind of practical insights and professional wisdom that can only be gained through years of hands-on work.
The Values We Instil
Through mentoring, apprentices will develop:
Integrity & Ethics – acting with honesty, fairness, and responsibility.
Discipline & Accountability – taking ownership of their learning and their work.
Curiosity & Resilience – approaching challenges with determination and a willingness to keep learning.
Cultural Respect – embracing diversity, valuing different perspectives, and working with openness and understanding.
