Participation Requirement
Apprentices must be in full-time paid employment with the organisation(s) participating in the program. Employers are required to provide paid release time for their apprentices to attend all scheduled training, mentoring, and coaching sessions throughout the 24-month journey. This ensures each apprentice can fully engage in the learning experience while continuing to contribute meaningfully to their organisation’s success.
