The Apprentices
We are looking for individuals with potential and passion, not necessarily formal qualifications. No third-level education is required — what matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to grow.
Apprentices should
Be comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Have a strong eagerness to learn — and to share knowledge with peers.
Bring energy, positivity, and commitment to the cohort.
Be fluent in English, self-motivated, and disciplined in their approach to study, research, and self-learning.
Selection Process
Apprentices will be carefully selected to ensure both commitment and potential. The process will be managed by iCLOUDZ South Africa, who brings local knowledge and insight. Applicants will:
Submit a written application explaining why they should be chosen.
Take part in an interview to assess motivation, readiness, and alignment with the program values.
From Apprentice to Mentor
A unique feature of this program is that after 12 months, apprentices step into the role of mentors for the incoming cohort.
This transition is more than just knowledge sharing — it reflects a willingness to lift others up while continuing their own journey.
By becoming mentors, apprentices develop:
Leadership skills — guiding and inspiring others.
People skills — working collaboratively and supportively.
Communication skills — essential in project management and professional life.
